Free shipping: We offer free shipping within Sweden on all orders.
Delivery time: Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on location and holidays.
Tracking: When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the delivery.
Delivery area: We deliver throughout Sweden. Contact us if you wish to deliver outside Sweden.
Shipping Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, please document the damage and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
Right of return: You have the right to return your item within 15 days of receiving it.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be in unused condition, free of damage and returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories and parts that came with the product should be included.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete the return.
Refund:
- Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are normally made within 5-7 working days after we receive the return.
Return cost:
- If the return is due to the product being faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will be responsible for the return shipping.
- For other returns, you will be charged any return shipping, depending on the product and agreed shipping method.
